Hi! I’m Dawn Garibaldi.

I’m a former Fortune 100 executive and the founder and CEO of Amplify Strategy.

I have 30 years of experience working across culturally diverse environments in Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Latin America.

My mission? Helping leaders deliver their extraordinary.

I’ve made my entire career out of bucking traditional trends. From designing and negotiating the largest nationwide supply chain in mainland China to being the first female plant manager for P&G in two regions, I’ve always lived out loud on my own terms and motivated teams at every level.

I founded Amplify Strategy to help executive leaders master complexity, extend their influence, and build unstoppable teams. My customized approach equips leaders with strategies, processes, and skills to lead authentically and navigate challenging problems.

An Unforgettable Childhood and Aquarium Wedding

My love for adventure started at an early age. I had the unique opportunity to be raised alongside everything from baby walruses to beavers, sharks, and harbor seals. My dad helped to rehab them—and ran zoos and aquariums—so my life (and summer jobs) were spent with the aquatic animals from around world.

As a teenager, I actually met “Andre the Seal.”

And my connections with furry, webbed, and scaly friends didn’t stop there! My husband and I held our wedding reception at the New York Aquarium. All of our guests wore hot pink dolphin-shaped sunglasses—they were supposed to be for sunset, but our guests wore them all night!
